SHIPPING TO USA AND CANADA
We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. and Canada — automatically applied during checkout.
All orders ship via USPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed Monday through Friday after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We are not able to ship to P.O. box addresses and cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted.
Orders are shipped without signature required. Bird of Paradise Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages to confirmed correct delivery address.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Bird of Paradise Resort in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.
DELIVERY POLICY
If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

USPS Ground – free
If you reject a package, the return shipping cost and any duties associated with it will be deducted from your refund.
Please note, during sale periods or within 10 days of a collection launch there may be some delays.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
If you refuse a shipment from Bird of Paradise Resort, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Bird of Paradise Resort. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
